Terms of Service

1. The service

SOMESimplify is a service that helps restaurants, bars, and other venues publish content to Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. You upload photos/video, we generate captions, you approve, we publish.

2. Account

To use the service you must create an account and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old or represent a legal entity.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on the pricing page. All prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Billing is monthly or annual in advance. Upgrades are charged pro rata for the difference.

Trial: 14 days free on signup. No payment required until after the trial, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from /app/abonnement. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to content (photos, video, text) you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and publish the content on your behalf solely to deliver the service.

You warrant that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, privacy, trademarks).

6. AI-generated captions

Captions are generated using Anthropic Claude based on your image and the brand profile you've set up. You approve every post before publishing. You are responsible for the final content published from your account.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free function, or that AI-generated captions are flawless. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from actions of third-party platforms (Meta, Google) — including account suspensions, algorithm changes, or publishing errors on those platforms.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be attempted resolved through negotiation. Failing that, Oslo District Court is the venue.
