Do I have to write anything myself?
No, but you can. Type keywords when you add your content, like “taco night Friday”, and the caption is built around them. Not sure what to say? Turn on “Let the app ask you”, and it asks 1 to 3 short questions before it writes. The caption only uses what you said and what is in your brand profile and menu.
Do you get our voice right?
Your voice is built from what you tell us in setup and from every caption you approve. You read everything before it goes out, so what gets posted always sounds like you.
Do you make content with AI?
Never AI-generated content: the photos and videos are yours. The AI writes the caption, and you say yes before it goes out. We fix the light and straighten crooked photos when you upload, and you can choose the original instead.
What if the guest writes in another language?
On Pro, the reply is written in the guest's language, for reviews, comments and messages. You see an English translation underneath, so you know what you're approving.
What if I want to cancel?
The monthly plan has no lock-in: cancel any time, and it takes effect from the next billing period. The annual plan is paid upfront for 12 months at a time and is never renewed without notice. Prepaid time is not refunded. Your content stays yours, and you can download everything whenever you want.
Does this replace an agency?
It depends on what the agency does for you. If it handles the daily posting and replies, that is the job the app does. We do not do campaigns, photo shoots or ads.
What language do you write in?
English, Norwegian or Swedish. You pick one when you set up your place. On Pro, replies to guests go out in the language the guest wrote in.
Do you work in my country?
Yes, if your place is in Europe: the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein. Times in the app follow Central European Time.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, in euro, monthly or yearly. The 14-day trial needs no card.
How much do I have to do myself?
Add content when you have it, and do the round when the app says something is waiting. The app shows how long the round takes before you start, like “Start your round · about 3 min”.
What do you check before the caption is shown?
That it does not advertise alcohol, does not promise anything you have not said, and does not get allergens wrong according to your menu. The check covers the text we write. If you change it yourself, the change is yours.
Where is the data stored?
In the EU, in Stockholm. The AI that writes the captions runs in the USA, under the EU standard contractual clauses. It is in the privacy policy, and the data processing agreement is on the website.
Can I use Claude or ChatGPT with SOMESimplify?
Yes, on Pro and Chain. Connect the assistant you already use to your place, then ask what is waiting and have it make drafts. It never publishes anything you have not read.
Can I have several places?
Yes. You switch place at the top of the app. Each place has its own voice, menu and channels. From three places, Chain gives a lower price per place.
Could we lose our Instagram account?
No. The app is approved by Meta and uses Meta's own connection, not a workaround. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
