Questions & answers
Does it cost anything?
No. The tool is free and needs no sign-up or email. You can try ten places and make 30 texts a day.
Do you store the photo or the review?
No. The photo and the review are fetched from your Google profile when you ask, shown in your tab and not stored by us. The same goes for a photo you upload or text you paste.
Why does the reply never offer a discount?
A public reply that promises a discount or a refund commits the business, and teaches others that an angry review pays. If you want to offer something, do it in a direct conversation with the guest.
What if the guest wrote in another language?
Then the reply is in the guest's language. The page is in English, but a Spanish review gets a Spanish reply.
Can I post straight from the tool?
No. Copy the text, read it and post it yourself. In the app the posts and replies are ready, and you say yes before anything goes out.
