For chains and groups

Social media for restaurant chains and groups

Running 3 locations or 30? Give each venue local freedom, keep the brand consistent – and let publishing, review replies and insights run on their own at every venue.

We'll set up a pilot for 2–3 of your locations. No commitment.

Many venues, one overview

Central control, local freedom

Each venue posts itself, with tone, logo and links set in its Brand Kit. Central locking across the chain is in development – in the pilot we set the guardrails together.

Every number, per venue

Reach, reviews and Google Maps insights per location. A combined chain view is in development – pilot chains get it first.

Board-ready report every month

One PDF for the whole chain is in development. During the pilot we compile the numbers for you – ready for the leadership meeting.

Brand templates across venues

The same style at every venue, automatically. New locations inherit the templates from day one.

Volume economics that pay off

Chain pricing per location – the more venues, the lower the price per venue. Operations at scale, not 12 separate subscriptions.

Questions from chains

Can I run social media for several restaurants from one account?

Each venue gets its own account with its own feed, photos and voice. A combined chain dashboard where you switch between venues without logging out is in development – in the chain pilot we set up your venues together with you, and you're first in line when the dashboard launches.

Does head office control everything, or can each venue post itself?

Today each venue sets its own tone, logo and links in its Brand Kit, uploads its own photos and approves its own posts. Central locking of tone and campaigns across the chain is in development – in the pilot we set up the guardrails together with head office, so every venue starts from the same playbook.

Do I get one combined report for the whole chain?

Each venue has its own insights dashboard today, with reach, reviews and Google Maps numbers. One combined monthly PDF for the whole chain is in development – during the pilot we compile the numbers for you manually, so the leadership meeting gets them without logging into 12 accounts.

What does it cost for multiple locations?

Chain has volume pricing per location – the more venues, the lower the price per venue. It's cheaper per location than Pro, because the need is operations at scale rather than max features on one venue. We'll put together a concrete quote for your number of venues.

Does this replace an agency for the whole chain?

For ongoing social media across locations: yes, at a fraction of the cost. Agencies typically charge €800–1,500 per venue per month. SOMESimplify runs every venue from one account – you keep the control and the brand.

How does the chain get started?

We set up a pilot on 2–3 of your locations first. You see the results before rolling out to the rest. No commitment, and a dedicated contact helps onboard new venues.

Ready to see your chain in one view?

We'll set up a walkthrough and a pilot for your chain. No commitment.
