What does it cost you to do this yourself?
Include everything: making posts, replying to DMs, comments and reviews, and planning the week.

Everything waiting for a reply: comments, reviews and messages.
Hours saved per month
29h
About €12 a day
You still spend about 1.5 hrs/month approving the drafts in SOMESimplify. That is already deducted.
Agencies price by what is included. Content alone is the base tier, and having them reply to comments and messages moves you up a tier. Pro pays for itself at about 2 hrs/week saved.
Based on published Norwegian agency price guides (Elevera, 2026). We have no equivalent figures for other markets yet, so no price range is shown here.
Questions & answers
What does social media cost a restaurant in time?
It depends on the venue, and we have no figures from yours. That's why the calculator above runs on YOUR numbers: the hours you spend today, and your own hourly cost. The fields start at €40 an hour, but that is our starting point and not a measurement – put in your own and the answer is yours.
How much time can you save with a tool like SOMESimplify?
We don't know what you spend today, so we can't tell you what you'll save. What we can tell you is what the work becomes here: everything waiting is gathered into one round, the app works out how long that round will take from your own queue, and tells you before you start. You upload photos and swipe to approve.
How much are better Google reviews worth for a venue?
According to Harvard Business School (Michael Luca, 2011), one extra star online drives 5–9% higher revenue. For a venue with 30 tables per evening, going from 4.0 to 4.5 stars can mean tens of thousands in extra monthly revenue.
Does SOMESimplify replace a social media agency?
For most venues: yes. Agency pricing is our estimate – we haven't measured it – but the range we see is €800–1,500 a month. SOMESimplify Pro costs €349 a month and covers content, publishing, review replies and planning.
Does the calculator cost anything, and do I have to sign up?
No. The calculator is completely free, and you don't need to sign up or provide an email to use it.
